DORFHACK - raise your Startup Community. A half day workshop conference for Community Builders. We explore the needs of startup communities in cities and regions and develop universal solutions to challenges community builders are facing on a daily basis.
Startups are most successful in vibrant communities because they promote exchange, creativity and the development of ideas. A startup community is often described by practitioners as essential to the good functioning of a startup ecosystem, and is often equated with it. Worldwide, there are many different efforts and variants to build, animate and further develop such an ecosystem. But how can these communities reach a new level and become more interesting, diverse and lively? Our goal is to learn from the participants of the DorfHack what and how they think about community building in general and what they do about it in concrete terms. DorfHack speaker will show us in short sessions examples, impulses and best practises. In panel discussions community builders will give us insights into their motivations and strategies. DorfHack is also intended to strive concepts and approaches for future cooperation in national and international communities.
DORFHACK, the half day workshop conference by StartupDorf, is the opportunity for startup community builders who want to take the next step.
